Project Description
This six storey, wood frame, multi-family building is part of CMHC's rapid housing initiative, which aims to create permanent and affordable housing for vulnerable populations.
Tasu Construction collaborated closely with BC Housing to design and install this modular building, which will provide affordable studio apartments for people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. Tasu is also taking part in the mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and interior finishings. Additional supportive services will include meals, life and employment skills training, and health and wellness support.
