First Nation Housing

These six single-family homes were thoughtfully designed and built to provide First Nation families with safe, stable, and comfortable housing. Each 1,200 sq ft home includes three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an exterior heat pump for year-round comfort. The homes also feature private fenced yards, creating welcoming outdoor spaces for families to gather and thrive.

For this First Nation Housing project, Tasu led the entire delivery process from design, engineering, and permitting to manufacturing and on-site installation. Built with a focus on long-term sustainability, the homes achieved Step Code 3 energy efficiency through enhancements to the building envelope and advanced HVAC systems.
