Project Description
Tasu Construction provided comprehensive design, supply, installation, and operational services for a 214-person remote workforce housing project.
The facility included 38 executive rooms for management and 176 standard “Jack & Jill”-style dormitory rooms for workers, accommodating a total of 214 personnel. Central to the camp was a newly renovated 7,230 sq. ft. kitchen, diner, and recreation facility, thoughtfully designed to support day-to-day living and enhance community engagement. The complex featured a media room, fitness centre, multiple meeting rooms, a reception area, boot room, and a large outdoor patio, providing both professional and recreational spaces for residents.
Every aspect of the design and execution was meticulously coordinated to align with the client’s operational requirements, including the size, layout, and functional flow of the site. The modular approach allowed for accelerated construction and streamlined installation while ensuring high-quality standards. Upon completion of the project, the entire facility was efficiently demobilized within 45 days, with all units removed for repurposing in future projects, demonstrating Tasu’s commitment to sustainable and flexible modular solutions.
