This two storey modular school addition will provide much needed classroom space to Nicomekl School, located in Langley, BC. This 16 module, 11,520 sq. ft. addition features 8 bright, flexible classrooms that have the capacity to support up to 200 students. Additional amenities include a quiet room, resource spaces, washrooms, a foyer and administrative areas.

Given the two-storey nature of the building, it was important to the client to include an elevator to ensure accessibility and improve the overall flow of movement throughout the space. The design also prioritized open learning environments, made possible through thoughtful structural choices such as incorporating steel beams.
