This three storey, wood frame, multi-family building is part of CMHC's rapid housing initiative, which aims to create permanent and affordable housing for vulnerable populations.

Tasu Construction collaborated closely with BC Housing to design and install this modular building, which now provides stable and affordable housing for women and women with children. Tasu also took part in the mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and interior finishings.

Additional building amenities include supportive services, laundry rooms, lounges, storage, gardens and a children's play area.
