This three storey, wood frame, multi-family building is part of CMHC's rapid housing initiative, which aims to create permanent and affordable housing for vulnerable populations.

Tasu Construction collaborated on the design and carried out the modular installation for this thoughtfully planned building, which now provides stable and affordable housing for individuals in need. The development also includes a range of supportive amenities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life, such as on-site services, laundry facilities, communal lounges, secure storage areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
