Project Description

These ten single-family First Nation homes were thoughtfully designed and built to provide families with safe, stable, and high-quality housing. Each 1,200 sq ft home offers three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, each home includes a cozy wood-burning fireplace, which reflects both cultural values and practical comfort for colder seasons.

From the outset, our client emphasized the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility, recognizing the long-term impact that thoughtful housing has on community well-being. In response, these homes were designed to achieve Step Code 3 energy efficiency, made possible through enhanced building envelopes, advanced HVAC systems, and energy-conscious construction methods. This focus on efficiency not only reduces environmental impact but also lowers operating costs for residents, supporting affordability and resilience for future generations.
