Project Description
Tasu Construction provided the design, supply, installation, and operational services for a 214-person Remote Workforce Accommodation Camp at a four+ acre site in Port Edward, BC.
The camp included 38 executive rooms for management, with 176 standard ‘Jack & Jill’ -style dormitory rooms for workers. The complex was outfitted with a newly renovated 7,230 square foot kitchen, diner and recreation facility, featuring a media room, fitness centre, meeting rooms, reception, boot room, and large outdoor patio.
The design and execution were meticulously planned to meet the client’s needs, including the size, layout, and operational requirements. Upon completion, the entire facility was demobilized in 45 days, removing all units for maintenance and repurposing in future projects.
