The Modular Building Institute (MBI) hosts an annual contest and awards ceremony to give recognition on a variety of noteworthy modular construction projects. In 2025, Harbour House won an “Honorable Mention” in the Marketing Multimedia category.

Harbour House is a newly completed supportive housing development made possible through funding from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s (CMHC) Rapid Housing Initiative. This thoughtfully designed multi-family residence offers 25 units, including a mix of studio and two-bedroom suites, providing safe, stable, and affordable housing for women and women with children who are facing housing insecurity.
