Craning Complete For First Nation Multi-Plex Homes:
A few weeks ago, Tasu Construction successfully assembled two new modular, multiplex homes for a First Nation community in British Columbia.

Modular assembly requires tight coordination across multiple teams—from the transport and craning team to the on-site assembly crew—and we’re proud to say the installations went as smooth as possible.
In close collaboration with the Nation, these homes were thoughtfully designed to be structurally resilient, energy-efficient, culturally appropriate, and comfortable for multi-family living. In remote communities, access to high-quality housing plays a vital role in keeping families connected. Quality housing also supports community well-being and fosters long-term resilience.

Thanks to the speed of off-site construction, these homes went from fabrication to installation in just 3 months, and they’ll be move-in ready in the coming weeks after final touches are complete.
