Following the successful execution of the Squamish Emergency Housing Project, BC Housing tasked Tasu Construction with constructing and installing a second supportive housing facility in Burnaby, BC.

The modular complex, containing 48 private bedrooms and shared central washrooms, was demobilized and repurposed from Squamish to Burnaby after completing all necessary groundworks. The facility was connected to overhead BC Hydro and municipal water and sewage. Tasu Construction also installed a perimeter fence with an access gate, a bike rack for ten bikes, an on-site security system, and TV equipment and programming for all rooms.
